Ladybug, ladybug...

This 1st birthday cake was made to coordinate with the paper goods for the party.  The round cake is lemon with raspberry and buttercream filling and the ladybug is yellow cake.  I also made a coordinating smash cake.  Happy 1st Birthday Sadie!

Teapot Cake

This teapot cake was for my grandmother's 80th birthday.  She requested that the number 80 not show up on her cake, so instead I went with two things she loves: tea and purple.  The cake was yellow cake with buttercream filling.  Her reaction to the cake was priceless, and days later she was still talking about how she thought it was a real teapot.  Happy Birthday to one of the most upbeat, kind and amazing people I know, my Grandma!

Lego Man Head

This Lego man head cake was for our good friends' son's 5th birthday.  His mom found a tutorial of this cake online and sent it to me.  She was going to make cupcakes for his birthday, but according to him, "It isn't a party without a cake!"  Happy 5th Birthday Aidan!

Dinosaur Cupcakes

These dinosaur cupcakes were for twin boys' 4th birthday party.  Half the cupcakes are chocolate with buttercream frosting and fondant toppers and the other half are yellow cupcakes with buttercream frosting and fondant toppers.

Sports Cake

This sports cake was for our neighbor's 9th birthday.  It is a yellow cake with buttercream filling and frosting.  Happy Birthday Kendall!
