Elephant Baby Shower

This cake was done to coordinate with the invitation for the shower.  The cake is marble with buttercream filling and frosting.  The cake pop favors are half chocolate and half vanilla.

Baby Einstein Cake

Making this cake felt like I was paying tribute to the woman who let me eat dinner when my kids were babies!  Top tier is chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filling and the bottom tier is lemon with strawberry and buttercream filling.  The whole cake is covered in buttercream frosting with fondant animals and accents.  Even the caterpillar is edible!

Blue Whale Cake & Cupcakes

This cake and cupcakes were for our very good friends' son's first birthday.  The whale was created to coordinate with the invitation.  The cake is marble with buttercream frosting, the cupcakes are assorted, some chocolate, some yellow and some birthday cake all with buttercream frosting.  Happy Birthday Teddy!

The Alligator, Shark, Moose and Duck Cake

This cake is perhaps the most interesting request I've had to date.  This little boy loves animals, specifically alligators, sharks, moose and ducks.  So here it is, Jack's Alligator, Shark, Moose & Duck cake with coordinating cupcakes.  The cake is yellow with buttercream and the cupcakes are chocolate with buttercream.  Happy Birthday Jack!

Ladybug, ladybug...

This 1st birthday cake was made to coordinate with the paper goods for the party.  The round cake is lemon with raspberry and buttercream filling and the ladybug is yellow cake.  I also made a coordinating smash cake.  Happy 1st Birthday Sadie!

Dinosaur Cupcakes

These dinosaur cupcakes were for twin boys' 4th birthday party.  Half the cupcakes are chocolate with buttercream frosting and fondant toppers and the other half are yellow cupcakes with buttercream frosting and fondant toppers.

This jungle animal baby shower cake was made to coordinate with the invitation.  It is a lemon cake with buttercream filing and frosting.

Jungle Animals 1st Birthday

This cake was a remake of one of the very first cakes I posted on this blog.  I made the jungle animals two tiered cake, a smash cake for the birthday boy and three dozen coordinating cookies for his guests. The bottom tier of the cake was marble with buttercream, and the top tier was yellow cake with buttercream filling.  Happy Birthday Nicholas!
