Gray & Yellow Baby Shower

I had so much fun putting together this Gray & Yellow Baby Shower for my sister.  The color scheme was chosen to coordinate with the colors she chose for her nursery.  I purchased the invitation and printables from a shop on Etsy.  My daughter and I made the tissue pom-poms and the diaper cake.  The dessert table included the cake (top tier vanilla cake with buttercream & bottom tier chocolate cake with Oreo buttercream filling), lemon cake pops, chocolate covered Oreos and lemon squares.  Lemon cake pops also served as the favors.
Congrats Sha & Kev, can't wait to meet your little man or little lady!

This cake was done to coordinate with the invitation for the shower.  The cake is marble with buttercream filling and frosting.  The cake pop favors are half chocolate and half vanilla.

Scrabble Cupcakes

These cupcakes were for a wedding rehearsal dinner.  The couple loves Scrabble.  We incorporated their names and some other special words into the cupcake display.  The Scrabble pieces are edible and made out of fondant.  The cupcakes were half chocolate and half yellow.  Lemon cake pops were served along side the cupcakes.  Congrats Meredith and Matthew!

Cake Pops, cake pops, and more cake pops!

Here are the 10 dozen cake pops I made for my daughter's school's auction.  Lemon cake pops, vanilla cake pops and chocolate cake pops.

Cupcake Bridal Gown & Cake Pops

The bridal gown was made out of 60 chocolate cupcakes covered in buttercream frosting.  The cake pops were done in coordinating colors, half were vanilla cake pops and the other half were lemon cake pops.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Pink & Orange 30th Birthday Party

For my baby sister's 30th birthday party I decided to create a pink and orange dessert table and candy bar.  The dessert bar included many of her favorites: vanilla sprinkle cake pops, chocolate cupcakes with an Oreo baked inside and Oreo buttercream, chocolate covered Oreos and chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter buttercream with mini chocolate chips.  I loved how the pink and orange looked and the birthday girl was surprised!  Happy Birthday to the best little sister and friend I could ever ask for!
